Tip : In winters, drink 2-3 sips of water (normal or lukewarm) after every 1 hour. You would feel it like a task in the starting but after a week it would be a regular habit.

Reason 2 - Water Helps in Weight Loss
Many people miss out fitness routine during cold winter days. Hence, they gain weight due to lack of physical activity. Water helps you to maintain weight to some extent, without working out for long hours. Make a habit of drinking one full glass of warm water half an hour before meals. This prepares our body for better digestion and keeps your hunger in control (saves you from overeating). Staying hydrated also helps in better functioning of body processes.

  29. the water intake usually lessens during winters and that is an additional catalyst for dry skin.. if not water I make it a point to have sufficient liquid intake in form of soups etc.
